ARE YOU CURRENTLY LEASING?

Yes! We are currently leasing for 2018-2019, We’re accepting application for Phase 2, as well at Phase 1! Please contact the leasing office at 972-800-5891 for more details. 
DO YOU HAVE ANY IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY?

We are currently 100% leased; however, you can contact the leasing office and be placed on the waitlist.
WHAT IS AN INDIVIDUAL LEASE?

An individual lease provides each resident with their own separate lease agreement and responsibility for only his/her rental installments and parking charges. By signing an individual lease, you are only taking responsibility for your rental installments and lease terms and will not be held liable for any delinquent amounts owed by your roommate(s). The individual lease agreements protects you in the event your roommates cannot make their payments, or if they leave their lease agreement early.
HOW LONG IS THE LEASE AGREEMENT?

The lease term is 11.5 months; the term begins mid-August and ends July 31st of the following year.
HOW DOES THE ROOMMATE MATCHING PROGRAM WORK? (Individual Leases Only)

If you’re applying to one of our private bedroom floorplans, the application offers an exclusive roommate-matching service. If you would like to participate, you can complete the roommate matching form built into your application. The form allows you to make notes of any friends applying at Northside that you would like to live with. The form also asks you to input your hobbies, interests, sleep routines, pet preferences, and study habits. Inputting this information helps us match you with someone with similar interests, you’ll like living with throughout your lease term.   
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE MY ROOMMATE AFTER MOVE IN?

If there are differences between roommates that cannot be resolved, residents may be able to transfer as rooms are available. A transfer fee will apply. Please contact the community office for more information. 
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I NEED TO BREAK MY LEASE?

At this time, Northside and Northside 2 does not offer an option to buy-out the lease. Per the lease contract, you will be required to find someone to take over the remaining days and financial obligation left on your lease. Once the new tenant moves into your space, there will be a $200 early termination fee charged to your account.
IS THERE A DEPOSIT AND APPLICATION FEE?

Yes, our property requires a $50 application fee per applicant, and per guarantor. 
DO I HAVE TO PAY A SECURITY DEPOSIT?

Yes, the security deposit varies based on apartment sizes. 
WHAT UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT?

Your rent includes utilities, such as water, sewer and trash. Your rent also includes high-speed internet, 76 cable channels and several high-definition channels. 
HOW DO I PAY MY RENT?

Northside makes paying rent easy! Residents can pay rent online at www.liveatnorthside.com, or in our office, which is open seven days per week. 
ARE YOU PET FRIENDLY?

Absolutely! Our pet friendly community welcomes two pets per home. We require a $200 fee and a $200 refundable deposit for each pet, with a monthly $18 pet rent per pet.  We don’t have a weight limit for animals. Our community does not accept the following breeds: Akita, Chow, Doberman, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terriers, English Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Wolf hybrids or any mix of the mentioned breeds are not allowed. For further information regarding our pet policy, please contact the community office.
WHAT FURNITURE IS INCLUDED IN THE FURNISHED APARTMENT?

Our furnished apartments feature everything you need to feel at home:
  • Bedroom furniture will vary based on the floorplan you choose; for example, The Discovery and Voyager units both come with a Full XL bed. The Enterprise will have a lofted Twin XL bed. The remainder of our floorplans have a queen size bed. 
  • Living Room: couch, coffee table, side table, chair, entertainment center
  • Kitchen: stainless steel appliances, bar stools or kitchen table and chairs
