Do you have any immediate availability for the 2025/2026 school year?

Do you accept pets?
Yes - our pet friendly community welcomes two furry friends per home.
What floorplans are available?
One bedroom, two bedroom, three bedroom and four bedroom student apartments. Please visit the Floor Plans page of our website and choose the floor plan that is right for you.
How close is Northside to UT Dallas?
Northside is located just north of UTD campus, steps from the Bioengineering and Sciences Building. Walk, bike or take the Comet Cruiser wherever you need to be!
